a life line that goes both ways
A collective experience defined by empathy, culture & Social interaction
Documenting the human experience since the age of six
through diaries and art that evolved into lyrics, music, film & mixed media.
Someone feeling lost, starts a small
daily creative habit, with no expectation
just to move forward, finding purpose again
The Creative takes us behind the seams of the human experience. connecting through personal diaries, stories, investigative journeys and deep dives lifting the veil beyond the societal constructs that divides us.
Heather Walker, the creator of
"The Creative Behind The Seams" was only five years old when she told her mother that she wanted to be an artist, and a lawyer for children, "because they have no rights"
She may not have become a lawyer
an artist
a protector of children
helping those who may not be able to help themselves
Not a stranger to isolation, depression, and trauma
July 5, 2022, I suffered a brain injury at work
I was later diagnosed with Post Concussion Syndrome. In addition to constant headaches, dizziness, and high sensitivity to lights and sounds.
This condition severely limits my access to the outside world,
due to physical pain, anxiety, and a slew of other emotions attached to this situation
I made a lot of art, wrote and recorded tons of diaries and songs in the beginning
Despite my efforts, the Company behaved as most corporations do
by denying responsibility and threatening to take legal action.
"Nothing Left To Lose"
I looked up examples of “Having Nothing to Lose”. Under examples of personal growth I found “The Creative” which was defined as:
“Someone feeling lost, starts a small daily creative habit, with no expectation, just to move forward, finding purpose again.”
But, something was missing.
I was still playing it safe.
It fit me, and the idea perfectly
I was still hiding
then I realized
This “inside-out” human experience and the purpose of this project is about a lot more than just calling out a billion dollar corporation.
the truth would lead to freedom.
Behind the Seams was created with the intention of finding a way to be able to connect with other humans (while isolated from the world)
It was developed out of necessity, survival, a way to breathe, to keep going, to take back control over my life, its narrative, share my story, and the stories of others.
My goal here is to do what I have always been too afraid to do.
This is about facing fears, letting go, learning, maintaining and understanding boundaries, personal acceptance, accountability, perseverance, hope and survival.
I want to inspire
and help others to do the same.
Behind the Seams will highlight the complexities, and wonders of the human experience
A thought provoking journey developed through personal stories, diaries, and deep dives, that cover topics such as:
entertainment, art, music, history, politics, science, mainstream, old school and the “divine”.
The Creative Collaboratory is
a place for us to connect, create and build our own reality.
where we listen with empathy, openness, and find ways to accomplish our goals together

Spiritually, Pi (π) represents the harmony between the infinite and the cyclic. Just as the circle has no beginning or end, Pi embodies eternity, divine oneness, and the continuous cycles of the universe. Because its decimals stretch on forever without repeating, it reflects the mystery of creation that transcends human logic.
