We have to humble ourselves. How can we grow as individuals, let alone as a people if we bury ourselves under layers of bull shit and masks, lies, hide behind labels, in tiny compartments just to "survive" an unattainable concept of societies perception (at the time) the cycle is never ending...
Just because we can doesn't mean that we should
and just because you look away or tuck it in a box on the south side of town, with shitty schools, trailers, projects, can hardly notice from their view out of sight, out of mind...
Look. No one is perfect. We ALL know this.
Stop seeking perfection and start seeking growth.
But how is that possible when we fill their tank, pay their workers, praise the rich and then get mad for making them that way? We are all just contradictions. Trying to figure this shit out. I cannot force you to be someone or think a certain way. But I can inspire, intrigue, engage, do something about what we complain about every day, every election, every protest, gas hike, school shooting, wars...we are letting this happen. Cause well, it's just easier this way...or is it?
