Isolation is no joke

Isolation is no joke. Whether it's a blessing, or curse is based on perception and of course what you do with those moments in life when there's no one around, no hope in sight and a future unknown.

In the beginning, I was in so much pain, physically and mentally distraught. Then I began to get more and more angry and started preparing myself for the fight of my life. I’d been through enough already. This was not the “end”.

I am glad that I followed my intuition, the gut feeling I’ve always had to keep going, fighting, learning, and growing. For me the isolation gave me time to think…for myself again. I would love to share these thoughts with you and tell you more about this journey so far cause it’s been fucking wild, and crazy and enlightening…like seriously.

I just know that many of you are feeling, thinking and wondering the same things. The next phase of the process/journey is to start having conversations with each other, sharing what we naturally know and feel deep down about what’s happening around us, inside of us, the state of the world. “Life” doesn’t have to be this way, and we should talk about it.

This is not how our story ends. This is the beginning of a new chapter. The one where we start to remember where we came from and that we are all connected…a lifeline filled with love, joy, and compassion…We have the power to change it all…for the better.

I know for many, this is easier said than done when you’ve been stuck in the cycle for so long. Shit. If it weren’t for the ladder leading to four years of isolation…I’m pretty sure that I’d still be stuck like a hamster, on that spinning wheel, just surviving… Because “I have to”. too busy, too overwhelmed to process anything, let alone having the “time” to reflect on what’s inside of me and you.

We are the creators of our destiny and this is the time to take back control of the narrative. I am soooo looking forward to connecting with you (again). This is gonna be amazing!

With Love
